Do you have crc4 feature?
This line " WARNING[10885] app_dial.c: Unable to create channel of type 'DAHDI' (cause 34 - Circuit/channel congestion)" seems that your dialplan has something issues,please check!

and what about the values of pridialplan, prilocaldialplan? Anyway, if possible, please provide SSH to me.

Yes, and this config has been used in other server with 1 D410E and had no problem till now ...
